The work, in detail
A salon website with the essentials in place
The final scope is agreed around your services and how you run your salon. These are the elements we can bring together.
01
A look that fits your salon
Colours, typography, imagery and page layouts shaped around your existing identity. The aim is a recognisable salon website, not a generic page with your name added to it.
02
Treatment and price pages
Clear explanations of the services you actually offer, with prices or starting prices, appointment information and useful distinctions between treatments. Clients should not need to guess which service to choose.
03
Your existing booking system
A clear route to the booking service you already use. An embedded booking experience is considered where your provider supports it; otherwise, a direct booking link keeps the journey straightforward.
04
Comfortable browsing on a phone
Readable text, well-sized buttons, carefully prepared images and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Treatment details and contact options remain easy to reach without pinching or horizontal scrolling.
05
A practical search foundation
Meaningful page titles, clear headings, internal links and accurate business information. Technical checks cover the access and indexing settings that matter for making your content available to search engines.
06
Content you can update
An editable website for changing prices, adding photographs and updating salon information. Access and the agreed handover are included in the project plan, so routine changes do not depend on rebuilding the site.
Already have a website?
A redesign does not have to mean starting from zero.
We begin by looking at what your existing website does well and what gets in the way. That might be an outdated service list, a confusing menu, a difficult booking journey or a layout that does not suit a phone.
The work can focus on selected pages or a wider redesign. When URLs need to change, redirects are planned rather than leaving old links behind. Domain, hosting and booking arrangements are reviewed before any move.
Preparing for AI search
Clear information, not an “AI-ready” badge.
Preparing a salon website for AI-powered search means making its real information accessible and understandable: who you are, where you work, what you offer and how clients book. It starts with sound website structure and helpful, accurate content.
This is not a guarantee that an AI service will recommend your salon. For a deeper review of search access, information consistency and how your salon appears in selected answers, explore AI search visibility.

How we approach your project
01
Plan the pages
We review your treatments, salon identity, existing website and booking arrangements, then agree the content, scope and cost.
02
Design and build
Your pages are designed and developed around the agreed structure, with opportunities to review the wording, images and layout.
03
Check and launch
The agreed pages, contact links and booking route are checked across screen sizes before launch, followed by the planned handover.
A quote based on your website, not a one-size package
The number of pages, state of the existing site, content preparation and required integrations all affect the work. Send your current website and booking link for an initial discussion. Domain, hosting, paid licences and booking-provider fees are clarified separately where relevant.
A few useful answers
Before you get started
Know what to expect, what is included and where the limits are.
Do I have to replace my booking system?
Not usually. The first choice is to work with a system that already suits your salon. We check whether it supports a booking link or an embed and agree the best available approach before development.
Can you redesign only part of my website?
Yes. A treatment page, homepage, gallery or booking journey may be enough to address a specific problem. The existing platform and how it has been built determine which changes are practical.
Can I update my own prices and photographs?
Yes. The website is planned with editable content and an agreed handover. Your regular updates should be considered from the start, including who will make changes and which areas they need to manage.
Will a new website make my salon appear first on Google?
No position can be promised. A new website can address technical and content problems, but visibility also depends on competition and the search query. Ongoing local SEO is a separate service, rather than an assumed result of a redesign.
Do I need professional photographs before we begin?
You can start the discussion with the images you have. We identify where they work and where better photography would help. Any images used should accurately represent your salon and be yours to publish.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the agreed pages, integrations, available content and review stages. A realistic schedule is confirmed after the initial review; a small update and a complete website need different amounts of work.
