The work, in detail
Facebook and Instagram campaigns with a plan
Campaign setup and management are scoped around your assets, audience, destination and the result you can meaningfully measure.
01
A goal beyond likes
We agree what the campaign should encourage: for example, visits to a treatment page, relevant enquiries or product purchases. The objective is chosen around that action, not selected simply to generate visible engagement.
02
Account and access review
Your Facebook Page, Instagram account and advertising resources are checked before the work begins. Management access is arranged appropriately, with the resources remaining under your control.
03
A realistic audience plan
The audience is planned around the people you can serve and the targeting options available for the campaign. Location, exclusions and audience settings are reviewed without promising perfect control over every impression.
04
Creative using your real work
Salon photographs, nail sets, short video and approved promotional information can be adapted into campaign assets. Claims match your offer, and any images of clients must be suitable for you to use in advertising.
05
A joined-up destination
The ad and its destination should tell the same story. A treatment offer needs the right service details and a clear next step; a product ad needs an appropriate shop page and purchase journey.
06
Testing and measurement
Agreed variations of creative or messaging can be tested, with available results reviewed against the goal. Tracking options are checked alongside consent settings, account permissions and any external booking restrictions.
Give people something specific
An invitation, not a vague promise.
A salon opening, a new treatment, a seasonal nail-art collection or a gift-voucher offer can each support a different campaign. The creative should make the subject clear and use information you can stand behind.
We avoid invented testimonials, unsupported results and offers that do not match the destination page. Genuine photographs and a clear explanation of what is available give the campaign a stronger, more honest starting point.
Social ads or search ads?
Different moments, different messages.
Facebook and Instagram are useful places to present visual work to an audience. Google Search campaigns can instead respond to searches for a service. Which approach to prioritise depends on your offer, assets, location and the action you want to encourage.
You do not have to start with both. A defined campaign with suitable creative and a clear destination is a better starting point than dividing a budget between channels without a plan.
From first conversation to delivery
How we approach your project
01
Choose the focus
We agree the treatment or offer, available photographs or video, audience, destination and advertising budget.
02
Prepare the campaign
The account setup, creative, wording and available measurement are checked before the campaign is submitted for review.
03
Learn and refine
Performance is reviewed within the agreed scope, with changes based on useful evidence rather than likes or impressions alone.
Advertising spend is separate from the service fee
The scope defines campaign setup, creative preparation and any ongoing management. Ad spend and additional website work are identified separately. Meta controls ad approval, restrictions and delivery. No number of enquiries, bookings or sales is guaranteed.
A few useful answers
Before you get started
Know what to expect, what is included and where the limits are.
Is this the same as boosting an Instagram post?
A boosted post is one way to advertise. A managed campaign can involve a more considered objective, audience, creative plan and measurement setup through Meta’s advertising tools. The right approach depends on the goal and resources available.
Do I need lots of followers before running ads?
A large follower count is not a prerequisite for planning an advertising campaign. A credible profile, genuine content, the necessary account access and a clear offer are more useful starting points for this discussion.
Will you use photographs of my actual salon work?
Yes, where you supply suitable images and have the right to use them. Your real work should represent your offer. We agree which materials are needed and any creative preparation included in the project.
Can advertising replace regular social media posting?
These are separate activities. Campaign management does not automatically include running your profile, replying to comments or publishing ongoing organic posts. Any additional social content work needs its own agreed scope.
Can we advertise gift vouchers or products?
Yes, where the offer, website and fulfilment arrangements are ready. A suitable online shop or voucher purchase route should be in place before a campaign invites people to buy.
Can you guarantee appointment enquiries?
No. Delivery, audience response, offer quality and the booking journey all affect results. We agree how success will be assessed and report measured actions without presenting every interaction as a new appointment.
